TUSCAN VILLA

Originating in Italy by the Etruscan culture who predate the Romans, this style of architecture is prominent is estates worldwide. It is well suited for our climate and the aquifer that supplies our water takes on the Tuscan moniker. The thick walls of this estate exemplify the Tuscan style perfectly as does the use of stone masonry, terra cotta roofing tiles, fountains, and the use of wrought iron.
